Divine Mercy Secondary School-Kiko Fort portal has been in existence since 2009 and it has progressed with a vibrant management team, studious staff and dedicated students and above all with support from the school Director Rev Dr Fr Christopher mukidi Acaali.
We have a highly strong support team, hardworking, and reliable to help push for the positive change as we educate for the better world. We have therefore established ourselves as one of the best performing schools in the region. Our values are based on Academic excellence, team work, respect for self and individuals and self-discipline, social responsibility and religious virtues.
Apart from academic success, Divine Mercy Secondary School continues to emphasize co-curricular activities. I believe that it is essential to equip students not only with academic knowledge but also a useful set of competencies and skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive world. We therefore treasure modern approaches of education that emphasize all–round development of the students.
Extracurricular activities at Divine Mercy Secondary School-Kiko Fort portal include range of sports such as Volleyball, Football, athletics, and netball. We have Music, Dance, and Drama (MDD) and debates.
Other societies in the school include Legion of Mary, Scripture Union, interact, YCS and as a Christian founded school, we celebrate mass in school every Sunday but we welcome students from all religious denominations.
We provide guidance and counseling services to our students to help them make independent decisions about the future they want to live. I, therefore, request you Visitors and all loving men and women of God to support ours school as in partnering with the Director to develop it further and also bring us students to study from Divine Mercy.
Finally, the school administrators, the school Director, the Board of Governors and P.T.A work together to ensure that the school population is kept at acceptable levels and quality education is provided.
